LED patch lights, soft strip lights, hard light strips are mainly divided into two specifications, 5050 bead and 3528 bead, 5050 one bead is 0.24W, and 3528 is 0.08W one.
The light emitted by the LED lamp has a variety of colors. The color is fixed when the core piece is processed and packaged. The fluorescent powder needs to be added during the packaging. What kind of color is modulated by different fluorescent powder, the color of the LED light is red and green. , blue, white, our line is mostly white light, and white light is divided into multiple levels, the white light is mainly divided into warm white (also referred to as yellow light), natural white (neutral light), white and cool white It is determined by the color temperature. The color temperature is represented by the English letter K. The color temperature of warm white light is generally 2700K~3500K, natural white is 4000K, white is 5500K, cool white is above 6000K, the lower the color temperature, the color of light. It is yellowish, the color temperature is high, the color is white, and the cold white light gives people a little blue with the color, the higher the color temperature, the more blue.
The life of LED lamp beads is generally between 30,000 and 50,000 hours. The quality is also divided into many grades. There are different grades at home and abroad. The heart tablets with poor grades often have relatively short life spans, poor color, low lumens and fast light decay. The same environment and voltage, current, and faulty operation can also affect LEDR life and performance.
The LED lights used in our commercial lighting are: rail spotlights, ceiling spotlights, counter lights, downlights, light bars, etc. An LED lamp consists of an LED lamp bead, an aluminum substrate, a lens, a driving power supply, a heat sink and a lamp holder. The light emitted by the LED lamp is determined by a lens. When designing the power and shape of an LED lamp, it is necessary to consider a heat dissipation problem. Since the core piece generates heat during operation, it must be solved by the heat sink. The higher the power, the more heat is emitted. Larger, the larger the required heat sink, the lower the heat dissipation of an LED light will affect its life and increase the light decay.
There is a problem of light decay in each type of lamp, and light decay refers to the process of light decay of the lamp. No matter which brand of LED, there will be such a problem, but the ratio of everyone's cycle and recession is different. In the same cycle, the speed of different quality lamps is different.
