2018-05-23

At present, the types of LED lighting lamps commonly available on the market mainly include the following product types: LED spotlights, LED lamp cups, LED lamp holders, LED lamp holders, LED strips, LED tubes, LED lamps, LED strips, LED strips Strip, LED light string, LED bulb, LED lamp bead, LED wick, LED chip, LED downlight, LED candle light, LED star light, LED induction light, low power LED light, high power LED light, high power LED energy saving lamp , LED meteor shower lamp, LED air vitamin purification lamp, LED sound control lamp, LED panel light, LED touch lamp, LED semiconductor lighting, LED high power ceiling light, LED explosion-proof lamp, LED tube screen, LED explosion-proof anti-corrosion dust lamp, LED solid state Maintenance-free explosion-proof lamp, LED fluorescent lamp lens, LED explosion-proof floodlight, LED high-power lamp, LED fluorescent lamp, LED TV, LED backlight, LED lamp, LED fill light, LED flashlight, LED flood light, LED daring Lamp, LED corn light, LED underground light, LED cabinet light, LED stage light, LED shopping mall light, LED lathe special light, LED tooth light, LED mine line machine light, LED explosion-proof platform light, led tunnel light , Led point light source other LED classification products.

The LED can directly emit red, yellow, blue, green, cyan, orange, purple, and white light.
The original LED was used as an indicator light source for instrumentation. Later, various light-colored LEDs were widely used in traffic signals and large-area displays, resulting in good economic and social benefits. Take the 12-inch red traffic light as an example. In the United States, a 140-watt incandescent lamp with long-life and low-light performance was used as the light source, which produced 2000 lumens of white light. After passing the red filter, the light loss is 90%, leaving only 200 lumens of red light. In the newly designed lamp, Lumileds used 18 red LED light sources, including circuit losses, to consume 14 watts of electricity, which can produce the same light effect. Automotive signal lights are also an important area for LED light source applications.
For general lighting, people need a white light source. In 1998, white LEDs were successfully developed. This LED is made by encapsulating a GaN chip and yttrium aluminum garnet (YAG). The GaN chip emits blue light (λp=465nm, Wd=30nm), and the Ce3+-containing YAG phosphor prepared by high-temperature sintering is excited by the blue light to emit yellow light, and the peak value is 550n LED lamp m. The blue LED substrate is mounted in a bowl-shaped reflective cavity covered with a thin layer of resin mixed with YAG, about 200-500 nm. The blue portion of the LED substrate is absorbed by the phosphor, and the other portion of the blue light is mixed with the yellow light emitted by the phosphor to obtain white light.
For InGaN/YAG white LEDs, by changing the chemical composition of the YAG phosphor and adjusting the thickness of the phosphor layer, white light of various colors with a color temperature of 3500-10000K can be obtained. This method of obtaining white light by a blue LED has a simple structure, low cost, and high technical maturity, so that it is used more.

Advantages 1. The lamp body is very small. The LED lamp is a small, very fine LED chip packaged in a transparent epoxy resin, so it is very small, very lightweight, and can save a lot of materials and space in production and application.

Advantage 2: Very low energy consumption The working voltage of LED lamps is generally only 2~3.6V, and the working current is only 0.02~0.03A. That is to say: it consumes no more than 0.1W, and consumes more energy than incandescent lamps with the same luminous efficacy. Reduced by more than 90%, more than 70% less than energy-saving lamps. Therefore, only LED is a true energy-saving light source!
Advantage 3: The sturdy and durable LED chip is completely encapsulated in epoxy resin. The small epoxy resin particles are extremely difficult to break, and the entire lamp body has no loose parts; the inner wafer is extremely difficult to break, and there is little thermal effect which may volatilize and melt. These characteristics make the LED difficult to damage. Compared with ordinary light bulbs, fluorescent lamps and LEDs can be said to be solid and sturdy, and they are numerous and durable.

Advantages 4. LED lamp has a long service life Under the proper current and voltage, the service life of the LED lamp can reach 100,000 hours, that is, the product life is theoretically more than 10 years, which has a longer service life than other types of lamps.

Advantages 5. The safe low-voltage LED lamp uses a low-voltage DC power supply (which can rectify AC power to DC power), and the power supply voltage is between 6 and 24V, which varies depending on the product. In short, it uses a DC power supply that is safer than a high-voltage power supply, making it ideal for homes and public spaces.

Advantages 6. Wide application range Due to its small size, each unit LED chip is 3~5mm square or round, so it is more suitable for preparing complex molding devices. For example, the manufacture of soft, flexible tubes, strips, and shaped lamps is currently only suitable for LEDs.

Advantages 7. Richer color Before the color of the lamps on the market is very simple, in order to achieve the purpose of color, one is to paint or cover the colored surface on the surface of the lamp, and the other is to charge the lamp with inert gas, so the richness of color is affected. limit. LED is digital control, the light-emitting chip can now emit a variety of colors, including red, green, blue three-color, it is with this three-color, through the system control, you can restore the colorful world of the world.

Advantages 8. LED is a more advanced cold light source. It does not radiate a lot of infrared and ultraviolet light like incandescent lamps and fluorescent lamps. It is especially suitable for the illumination of valuables such as cultural relics, jewellery and cosmetics. There is almost no current thermal effect like incandescent lamps, and it is not subject to thermal expansion and contraction. It will not make the bulb yellow, will not accelerate the aging of the lamp, and will not constitute a greenhouse effect on the surrounding environment.

Advantages 9. Less environmental pollution
The protection of LEDs for the environment is mainly manifested in three aspects:
First, there is no danger of metallic mercury. LED lamps do not use high-hazard mercury like fluorescent lamps, and there is no public hazard such as mercury ions or phosphors during lamp manufacturing or after damage.
Secondly, the epoxy resin for manufacturing LED is an organic polymer compound, which has good physical and chemical properties after curing. It has high bonding strength to wafers and metals, is hard and flexible, and is stable to salt and alkali and most solvents, and is not easily damaged. It can be recycled and reused even after damage or aging, and will not pollute the environment.
Third, the particle layout of LED lamps and displays, the light produced is generally scattered, and rarely produces light pollution.

Advantages 10. The cost is more economical than that of incandescent lamps, fluorescent lamps, and LED lamps. However, due to the extremely low energy consumption of LEDs, in the long run, a large amount of electricity costs can be saved, and the investment in lamp replacement can be saved, so that the comprehensive use cost is more cost-effective.
Disadvantages:
Thermal problems, if the heat is not good, will greatly shorten the life.
Low-end LED lamps are still less energy efficient than CFLs (Cold Cathode Tubes, CCFLs).
The initial purchase cost is higher.
Due to the strong directionality of the LED light source, the luminaire design needs to consider the special optical characteristics of the LED.
